Christopher N. Calhoun
-Certified General Real Property Appraiser in Georgia and Tennessee. He is a native of Gwinnett County. He works out of our Georgia 400 Office. He joined Metro Appraisals, Inc. in August of 2001 and has been in the commercial real estate business since 1999. Mr. Calhoun appraises a wide variety of commercial property types throughout the Southeastern United States, such as shopping centers, industrial facilities, subdivision developments, office buildings/parks, condominium buildings/units, churches, marinas, timberland, motels, hotels, apartment complexes, and mixed use projects. In addition to his appraisal work, Chris is responsible for the development and training of new associates and supports client relationships and new business development initiatives. Mr. Calhoun earned his undergraduate degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and continues his education as a General Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute, where he is pursuing the MAI designation.
Darrell Tucker

He has 35 years experience in the telecommunications industry and has lived in Habersham County for 21 years.
